The Person Behind the Process.

My Story

I am a relationship anarchist, non-binary (they/them), autistic and ADHD. I see these last two as neurotypes, not disorders. I share these identities because they deeply inform my worldview and my therapeutic process. I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood in a way that you might not find in the world on a regular basis.

The clinical process

“It’s the relationship that heals.”

Collaborative & Affirming

I don’t just “tolerate” differences; I celebrate them. My process is deeply collaborative, meaning your goals and where you are minute-to-minute guide our sessions. Whether you are navigating ethical non-monogamy, exploring your gender identity, or living as a sexual outsider, this is a space where you won’t have to spend half your session educating your therapist about your lived experience.

The Clinical Toolkit

While the therapeutic relationship is paramount, having the right tools is essential. I pull from a robust clinical background—including training at UF Health’s Anxiety/OCD clinic and mental health treatment centers. I integrate methods like Psychodynamic, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you safely discover new depths within yourself.
